A very neat and clean house. Everything has been thought of with complete kitchen equipment. Quietly located with a lovely swimming pool. The sunbeds are of good quality, just like the bed linen and towels. Beautifully landscaped garden with beautiful plants. Highly recommended! The owner and manager are very helpful and friendly. We had a great time, would definitely come back!

Beautiful and peaceful vacation. The villa surpassed expectations - everything was well presented, completely clean and support from the local property manager, Stathis, and his wife was excellent. Everything worked as it should and the location is idyllic - completely quiet, other than the occasional sounds of nature, and very private. The grounds are extremely well landscaped and the views of both the sea and the mountains were wonderful. It was just what we needed after the last 18 months and definitely hope to return at some stage

Pure relaxation! Well maintained, spacious holiday home in a quiet location but still relatively close to Chania (30 minutes by car). Large plot and very nice pool (regular cleaning) with beautiful views of the mountains and sea. You can always find a spot (even in the shade) to enjoy the day (ar is needed to explore most surroundings). Uncomplicated, very friendly greeting/support on site by Patrick (owner) and excellent cleaning by the service team. Highly recommended.

Beautiful house in a beautiful setting. Everything has been thought of in this house. On arrival there was a nice wine and beer, coffee and tea, bread and spreads and fruit, fantastic. Helios means sun. We had a great week here and will definitely return. Great villa where everything is just right. Quiet location with mountain and sea views, great pool, ample retreats, fully equipped kitchen and beautiful beaches nearby. We'd love to come back.

We had the pleasure of a delightful 2 week stay at Villa Helios. When we arrived at the villa, Patrick was on hand to welcome us and make ensure we had everything we need. He had also very kindly left us a welcome pack with essential supplies, beer and wine! It also included enough for breakfast and even lunch on our first day. The villa had everything we needed and was spotless on our arrival. I would like to thank Patrick and his team for how quickly and effectively they resolved the aircon issue which we had on arrival. Thanks again to Patrick for being the perfect host and I would highly recommend a stay at Villa Helios

Top holiday home with great facilities, we really enjoyed our stay at Villa Helios! On arrival, the caretaker Stahtis was already there and there was also a very well thought-out welcome package with bread, water, jam, cheese, margarine, tea, coffee, wine, beer etc. The house is very tastefully furnished and equipped to a high standard and nothing was missing in the kitchen either. Each of the 3 bedrooms has either a terrace or a roof terrace so that everyone can find a quiet spot for themselves - if desired. The house and the outdoor facilities were very clean - we immediately felt very comfortable. We thank Patrick & Team for the great stay and can recommend the villa 100%.

Beautiful house with beautiful garden and lovely terraces and swimming pool, with lots of privacy and great views to the coast and mountains. The house is fully equipped, including a spacious kitchen, dishwasher and air conditioning in all areas. Both the owner and the local manager are very service-oriented and will answer all your questions quickly and contribute to a carefree holiday! In our visit of 14 days, the house was cleaned twice and all bed and bath linen changed. If you book this house, you will get what you are promised!

Stayed in Villa Selene with two families of three. Really a fantastic Villa with everything you need. Beautiful rooms, air conditioning everywhere, also in the living room and kitchen. Nice places to sit outside. Really a fantastic house. When we wanted to have a BBQ in the evening, we had wasps, but that was the only downside. We would definitely like to return again in the future!

What a wonderful villa! The first impression was already fantastic. The extremely friendly welcome, the super clean villa, the modern and warm decor and a welcome pack with basic necessities made us immediately feel at home. The kitchen is fully equipped. Really everything has been thought of and nothing is missing. The view of the beautifully landscaped garden, the sea and the (still) snowy mountains was breathtaking. We enjoyed the serene tranquility and the tinkling of the sheep's bells. A short walking distance to the right is a mini market and to the left a restaurant where you can eat, but also get good takeaway pizzas. In short, all the conditions for a good stay are present. We enjoyed it and would love to come back again!

Villa Helios is fantastically located near the village of Vamos, somewhat in the mountains. You have a beautiful view over the mountains with the bay of Chania in the distance. The Villa is modern, beautifully and sleekly furnished, still new and has various sitting areas around the house where you can enjoy the view, being outside and the soft sound of sheep in the area. The house is thoroughly cleaned weekly with fresh bed sheets. The pool and garden are also maintained weekly. All this by super friendly and attentive staff. Direct and quick contact with the owner if necessary, who is also very attentive and friendly. A must on a beautiful island!

What a fantastic house Villa Selene is. It is exactly as beautiful and cared for as in the photos. Spacious, tastefully decorated, equipped with every comfort and super clean. Wonderful beds, nice bathroom, spacious kitchen with all amenities. The terrace outside is pleasantly shaded and is a nice place for breakfast and dinner, the swimming pool is in full sun all day, but around the house there are many places to read a book in the shade. Patrick, the owner, is a great host who received a friendly welcome and who solved a small problem immediately. Also during our 2 week holiday, the bed linen and towels were changed twice and the house was clean again. Awesome! In short, we had a great holiday in Villa Helios, which exceeded our expectations. We can definitely recommend this!

What a dream of a villa! We enjoyed a wonderful week with 3 generations together in 1 house. Nice swimming pool for the necessary cooling, nice beds, a shop within walking distance and a real Greek tavern in the village of Xirosterni. It was great! In short, it was a really wonderful holiday for us in which we saw / did a lot and also lazed wonderfully!
